Our latest production model is the “Cayuga” affectionally named for our love of the Finger Lakes region here in NY. Cayuga Lake is the longest of the finger lakes at 38 miles.
Standard length of the Cayuga is 40’ LOA with a 13’9” beam, the boat can also be built from 38’ to 42’ and the beam can be stretched to 15’9” (we build our beams by the inch)
As with all our boats, they are designed to be registered, insured, and financed as a boat. In addition, all our boats are built to provide a comfortable environment in any climate at any time of the year. We accomplish this by incorporating high R-values of closed cell spray foam in our floors, roofs, and exterior walls. We utilize a premium window and door available in more than a dozen colors and hundreds of size and style combinations, and we use the latest technology for our HVAC systems.
The Cayuga features a more open floor plan, the kitchen peninsula offers
Space for eating. The large pictures windows on either side of the living area combined with a 6’ sliding door offer unmatched views of the water.
Our kitchens feature US built cabinetry all plywood with soft close hinges and draw slides. We offer almost unlimited options on for door styles and colors. Solid Surface countertops are the standard with options of quartz and natural stone.
Our bathrooms feature a Raritan Elegance toilet in comfort height. Our showers now feature Palisades grout free tiles available in more than a dozen colors and multiple size options this has proven to be a winning choice for our clients.
All our flooring is waterproof luxury vinyl plank, available in dozens of size and color options.
Our interior finishes as always are all wood, featuring 1”x 6” tongue and groove ceilings, with Meranti paneled walls, all completed with a high end painted finish. Multiple color options are available as an option. 
All our boats feature long-life cycle and minimal maintenance exteriors. Our standard siding Everlast is a composite product available in 15 colors and multiple size and style options
Our bow, stern, and roof decking feature a product called Duradek, a 50-year-old product available in 20 colors and multiple styles. This product has performed flawlessly on every boat we’ve built
Our roof deck railings are all aluminum with stainless steel cable rail finished in black or white.
The roof decks are now easily accessible by a conventional built-in staircase finished in a composite decking product.
The boats all float on a closed cell foam filled with roto-molded high density polyethylene hull system constructed as a catamaran.
Options for propulsion always exist for our clients. The Cayuga model is continually under production, and units are available for quick delivery to anywhere in the regions we serve
