With current production capacity of 2 Freedom 40’s per month, you can either custom order one to your specifications or put a deposit on one already in our production schedule.
With the introduction of the Freedom series of boats we’ve chosen the best options and specifications available on our custom boats to create the perfect houseboat designed to be used as a floating vacation home, floating Short-Term vacation rental or full time liveaboard.
Priced at $182K plus shipping and final commissioning, these boats are all built to provide a comfortable environment in any climate at any time of the year.
The Freedom 40
40’ LOA 13’9” Beam
Hull: Roto molded foam filled high-density polyethylene 36” round pontoons.
Cabin Construction: Timber Framed
Insulation: Closed Cell Spray Foam, R-25 in floors and roof assemblies, R-21 in exterior walls
Exterior: Everlast horizontal composite siding available in 15 colors, all facia and trim completed using 100% composite materials.
Windows: VWD available in black or white, with options of more than 30 additional colors.
Roof / bow & stern decking: Duradek, options of more than 20 colors
Roof Railings: Aluminum with cable rail available in white or black.
Interior Finishes: Ceilings completed in 1”x 8” Tongue & Groove finished in white. Walls completed in ½” Meranti plywood, finished in white
Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring with options of more than 50 options
All plywood cabinetry, with solid surface countertops.
Appliance packages available upon request
Bath Finishes: Raritan Elegance Toilet with smart flush, China bowl in comfort height.
One piece fiberglass shower stall in white.
Delta shower valve and faucet. Available in chrome/ stainless steel and black
Electrical: Marine grade wiring used throughout. Shore power available in 30-amp 110v or 50-amp 220v.
All lighting to be LED recessed, all receptacles and switches to be decora type.
All water piping to be PEX with schedule 40 drain lines. Water supplied through wall connection. Options include adding water tanks and 12v pumps.
Hot water to be supplied by electric marine 11-gal water heater.
(options include propane fired on-demand unit)
HVAC to utilize (2) 12K BTU ductless mini splits.
In addition to being able to provide complete propulsion packages, we are also able to create a true off-the-grid experience for our clients.
All our boats are designed to be registered, insured and financed as a boat; in addition, all our boats are built to provide a comfortable environment in any climate at any time of the year. Each item utilized in our builds is chosen for its long-life cycles and minimal maintenance.
