As we continue to answer the demand for on the water lodging, we are excited to introduce our latest model. “The Suitewater”, while our smallest model to date this model may fulfill the needs of our largest audience.
Designed as an on the water lodging opportunity for marinas, waterfront hotels, waterfront campgrounds, or even the perfect floating guest house or ADU. (Accessory Dwelling Unit)
The standard models are available in two sizes, a 22’ LOA with a 12’ beam or a 26’ LOA with a 13’9” beam either boat offers space for a queen sized walkaround bed, queen sized sofa bed, full bath with comfort height Raritan Elegance toilet, 4’ kitchenette 6’ sliding door and front porch.

As with every other boat we build, the Suitewater comes with all our standard features. A fully insulated cabin utilizing closed cell spray foam in our floors, walls, and ceiling assemblies. Minimum R-Values of R-28 in the floors and ceilings and R-21 in walls, and utilization of a ductless split heating and air conditioning system provides a comfortable environment in any climate at any time of the year. 100% waterproof vinyl floor systems residential windows with insulated glass, composite siding products all designed and installed to provide long life spans with minimal maintenance. We also offer these boats furnished, decorated, and completely outfitted ready for your guest’s arrival, a true turnkey opportunity. Multiple boat discounts, with guaranteed delivery dates always an option.
All our boats are available with Hull ID#s, and our pricing always includes delivery.
