The Town House
Our biggest design yet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, two floors plus an optional roof deck.
The first floor features a master bedroom suite, optional office space, kitchen and living room. There is a floating stair that leads to the second floor which features two bedrooms and a bath which all opens up to a 3-season space with an outdoor kitchen. The roof deck is accessed from an outside spiral stair that leads to an optional roof deck that will provide views that will be second to none in any waterfront setting.
This is the first boat that we are offering which will be available on a steel barge or a tri-hulled fiberglass pontoon platform.

As always are boats are built to be enjoyed year-round, including closed cell spray foam in all our floors, walls and ceilings. Residential windows and exterior doors available in dozens of colors, Residential cabinets, and options for solid surface countertops and ceramic tiled shower stalls and bathrooms. Make no mistake these are built as boats, Hull ID#’s, built to ABYC standards, there ready to register, finance and insure as boats.
